Yep! We did it 
We got a Thank you ad (pictured on the right) in the May 10th, "The X-Files Farewell" Issue The Hollywood Reporter!
Below you will find all the information concerning this ad, from the cost to the people involved and how to order this issue of The Hollywood Reporter.

The Cost
The ad final cost for this ad was $2,410.00 and we collected a grand total of $6,410.66.
Because we exceed the amount needed it was decided to donate all extra money in Gillian's name to one of her favorite charities Buskaid. I'm elated to report that our donation will be for the amount of $4,000.66.

About the May 10th, "The X-Files Farewell Issue"
On May 19, 2002, nine years of television history will come to an end, as FOX Television's award winning drama series The X-Files airs a special 2-hour season and series finale. The Hollywood Reporter will commemorate this with their May 10th, "The X-Files Farewell Issue."
Many fans of the show wanted to also commemorate the wonderful work of The X-Files so we bought various ads. There are probably a few I am missing, but below is a listing of Thank you ads that will also appear in this issue of The Hollywood Reporter:

Most of these groups have also raised enough money to buy their ads and are donating any extra money to charity in honor of the people being thanked. Each of these groups has done an OUTSTANDING job and much kudos to all involved!

Ordering Information
The May 10th issue is "The X-Files Farewell Issue."
To order you can do so by calling (323) 525-2085.
However all you get is a recording that tells you to send a check or money order for $5.50 to:
Back Issues Department,
The Hollywood Reporter,
5055 Wilshire Blvd.,
Los Angeles, CA 90036-4396.
You can order the issue before it is published, so don't be put off by the reference to "back issues."
Be sure to refer to the issue as TXF Farewell issue or as the 5/10/02 issue.
If for any reason someone needs to speak to live a person, you can call (323) 525-2087 (The Library) and leave a message. Someone will call back.
